The key cards stopped working multiple times, which is required for you enter the parking garage. Once I went inside to correct it and could not find anyone who worked there for almost 10 minutes. Staff was good other than that.
Our room was nice and spacious, only problem was TV screen was a small computer screen making viewing a little difficult. The area was nice but street noise from cars, motorcycles and trucks made it difficult to sleep at night.
The staff was very friendly and helpful However, there was a lot of construction around the property and at one time we were not allowed to drive our car on the road to get into the hotel garage. Not a big deal but somewhat inconvenient. The free breakfast was the minimalist buffet style but there are plently of nearby options if you want something more upscale.
You are greeted with the sign that the facility is understaffed and that room service is granted upon request only…. The room was too small. Our fridge and the bathroom fan were broken.
Comfort and Help
A really good place to stay. Felt safe and comfortable. Staff was beyond courteous and helpful. My car wouldn’t start and the front desk clerk did everything he could to get me started and on my way home.
We liked the location and the hotel, except for the noise at night. We heard cars racing, bar people, we assume, yelling outside late and old single pane windows, which didn’t help with noise.
Would stay here again. Very centrally located to what I was in town for. Free breakfast every morning was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots to see in the few blocks surrounding the hotel. Felt very safe walking around.

I was surprised they charged me for parking fee. It was not alot but-still.
The elevator was weird. The building look new. The carpets were not vacuumed in the lobby and in the room.
